How to measure
Chest: lay one of his well-fitting shirts flat, button it up and measure straight across under the arms, then double it.
Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) down to the hem.
Height: stand him straight against a wall without shoes and measure to the top of the head.
